How to Book

Step 1
Contact us by:
  1. Call 25238979, Mon-Fri 9:30am – 6:00pm, or
  2. Whatsapp 6489 4824, or
  3. Email resource@counselling.org.hk, or
  4. DM our social media pages Facebook/ Instagram: resourcetcc.counselling, or
  5. Click “BOOK NOW“
We will register your basic information, general theme of your need, language, and available time.
Step 2
We will follow up your case by phone to arrange the first appointment, explain our pricing & match you with the most suitable counselor.
Step 3
Our counseling fee is based on a sliding fee scale. We will collect your family income proof such as bank statements, tax documents, salary slips, etc if you request a special subsidy rate.
Step 4
The appointment will be confirmed by email. Before the first session, please fill in the client information form online to let your counselor know more about you.
